Adult Clients

Individual Counseling:

You have worked to forget those experiences. You have overcompensated in a million ways. You’re finding yourself becoming anxious, irritable, or weepy and feel confused as to why. You’re tired. You’re noticing changes in the way you’re functioning. Perhaps, it is time to seek support in a different way.

Parenting Support:

I often joke that I was such a great mother before I became one. I don’t think I am alone in the experience of setting a ridiculously high standard for myself as a parent in order to find that parenting brings out parts of us that we didn’t know we had. Are you working to parent more intentionally? Are you striving to break generational patterns? Do you find yourself barely keeping yourself afloat while trying to guide your little ones to swim? Many of the families with whom I have the honor to work, find benefit from parent sessions in addition to their child’s therapy. I won’t treat both a parent and child from the same family as individual clients but often see benefit from incorporating this type of family work in.
